I used to be more excited about their shoes, but lately they’re just not really my style. The photos made them seem a lot more interesting, then in person the designs felt kind of plain and boring. They look okay, but not quite what I thought I was getting.

I ordered a pair of sandals from dolcevita.com and they pretty much looked just like the photos when they arrived. I wore them out for a full afternoon and, honestly... my feet held up fine with no real rubbing or blisters.

The only thing is the straps felt a little stiff at first, so they weren’t perfect straight out of the box. After a couple wears they loosened up a bit though, and now they’re comfy overall.

I grabbed a pair of boots from Dolce Vita i’m happy with them. I kind of assumed they’d feel cheaper because the price was reasonable, but they actually look more expensive in person. Shipping was fine, not exactly quick, but nothing terrible. The quality seems good so far, though I did immediately think the sole could be a little sturdier. Overall, I’d say they’re a solid buy for the money.

I wore them around the house for a bit, and they did loosen up slightly, but not enough that I’d want to wear them for a long day out. Next time, I’d probably try a half size up. They’re not bad shoes at all, but the sizing could be a little more dependable.

The exchange ended up taking longer than I thought it would, and the refund part wasn’t super clear. To be fair, it might depend on the item or how busy they are, but in my case the whole return process felt slow and a bit confusing.

I’ve ordered from Dolce Vita a couple of times now, and from what I remember, both orders shipped out fast. The tracking updated like it should, so I wasn’t left wondering where anything was. One of the boxes showed up a little banged up, but the shoes inside were totally fine. Overall, I don’t really have any complaints and I’d order from them again...

I emailed dolcevita.com twice about my order and still never got a real answer. The shoes were already late, and there was no update or useful explanation. It felt like nobody knew who was supposed to handle it, so I was just left waiting for days with nothing helpful. Super frustrating when you need help and everyone seems to pass it off.

I ordered a pair of boots from Dolce Vita, they were really cute when I first opened the box. Like, they looked great with jeans, with a sweater dress, with a long coat, even just trying them on around the house I thought they were going to be a new favorite. But after only a few wears, the quality started showing in the worst way. The sole began coming loose, the material scuffed so easily, and they just started looking worn way too fast. I wasn’t doing anything crazy in them either, just normal stuff like walking to dinner, running errands, wearing them for a few hours out, that kind of thing. For the price, I expected them to last way longer. In person they ended up feeling kind of cheap, which was disappointing because the style is definitely there. I don’t think I’d buy from them again...
